How do I return my order?
You can return your order within 30 days of delivery.

What is the refund policy in the EU?
At Hiter, we strive to offer a clear and fair returns policy. Below you will find important information about our returns process.
Deadline for returns:
You have a period of 30 days from the receipt of your purchase to make a return.
Conditions for accepting returns:
All items must be returned unused, with the original tags and in their original packaging.
If we receive an item that does not meet the conditions mentioned above and cannot be resold, we will be obliged to return the product to you.
Packing for the return:
It doesn't matter what kind of packaging you use for the return, as long as the product and the original box are properly protected. It is important to make sure that the items are securely packaged to avoid damage during transportation, as you are responsible for the products until we receive them.
Once we receive your returned order, we will proceed to examine it and make the corresponding refund. If you wish to purchase a different size or model, we recommend placing a new order online.
Additional information:
We recommend that you keep the proof of the postal shipment until we confirm receipt of the return.
Once we receive your returned order and have processed the refund, we will send you a confirmation email.
When will I receive my refund?
We want to make sure that you receive your refund as soon as possible. Once we receive the package, we will start processing your return. Please note that the processing time may take up to 14 working days from the moment we receive the package in our warehouse.
Once the processing is completed, the refund will be processed within 5 to 7 working days to the original payment method. We will keep you informed by an update email, where we will confirm the total amount of the refund and your order number.
Please note that each package is inspected in our warehouse and no refunds will be made on visibly used items. If the product does not meet the conditions, a return of the package will be made.
The refund will be made through the original payment method. It is important to mention that we will not accept visibly used items. In case your return is rejected for this reason, we will send the items back to you.

Can I return an item to exchange it for another instead of getting a refund?
Please note that we are currently unable to offer a direct replacement. We recommend returning the unwanted item to receive a refund and make a new purchase of the product you want.
Why can't I return my order?
If you have logged into your account but do not see the option to return your order, it means that your order can no longer be returned. Please note that you can return your order within 30 days of delivery.
Why is my order not appearing in my order history?
If you have an order number, don't worry. You will receive email updates as your order progresses. If you can't see your order reflected in your account, we may still be processing your payment.
Tracking information will be available once your order is packaged and ready to be shipped. Make sure to check your emails and spam inbox. Our courier service will provide you with additional details about the delivery.
